Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Leadfill ("we", "our", "us") is a Chrome extension and web application that helps real estate advisors automatically fill contact forms on developer websites using client data. The service is operated by the Leadfill team, reachable at contact.leadfill@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Account data

When you sign in, we store your authentication tokens (access token, refresh token) locally in Chrome storage and on our servers to keep you logged in.

2.2 Client lead data

You manually enter or import client data (civil title, first name, last name, email address, phone number, postal code, city). This data is stored on our servers (Supabase) and used solely to fill forms on your behalf.

2.3 Gmail email content

When you click the capture button on a Gmail message, the extension reads the text content of that email and sends it to our API to extract lead information automatically. We do not store the raw email text; only the extracted lead fields (name, email, phone, etc.) are saved if you confirm the capture.

2.4 Sender domains

The extension stores email sender domains you mark as trusted in order to recognize future emails from the same source.

2.5 Active tab content

When you trigger a form fill, the extension reads and modifies the current tab's page content to inject client data into form fields. This content is never sent to our servers.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the form auto-fill service
• To parse email content and extract lead information (processed via Groq AI, no retention of raw text)
• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To sync your data across devices

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Third-party services

• Supabase: database and authentication hosting
• Groq: AI processing for email text extraction (no data retained after processing)
• Vercel: web application hosting

5. Data retention

Your account data and lead data are retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us. Authentication tokens are cleared when you sign out.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact.leadfill@gmail.com.

7. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored in Chrome's local storage and are not accessible to third-party websites.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
